We are Wallflowers, an independent wallpaper and paint shop based in the Ayrshire coastal town of Ayr.
We may look small from the outside, but in our large basement showroom we stock a huge range of wallcoverings to suit all tastes and budgets. If you can’t find something you like on our shelves, we have over 80 wallpaper books to browse.
To complement our wallpaper sales, we also offer a paint matching and mixing service along with the essential tools you need to get the job done.

Wallflowers is proud to carry on the legacy of wallpaper and paint shops that have called these premises home since 1971.
It all began with Martin and McNicol, a combined wallpaper shop and decorating service that flourished until it’s founder decided to hang up his overalls.
In 1996, Tommy and Lillian McMillan took over the premises, establishing L&T Decor. With Lillian’s expertise as a wallpaper rep and Tommy with his gift of the gab, the pair built a vibrant, thriving business that spanned almost three decades.
When Tommy and Lillian announced their plans to retire, team members Abbé, Eilidh and Naomi jumped at the chance to take on this amazing business. As Wallflowers, they are committed to preserving the legacy for hopefully many years to come.
